1. Requirements for Participation
It is crucial to highlight that every participant is personally accountable for their actions and well-being throughout the event. The undersigned affirms that they are in good health and possess the necessary physical and mental endurance to engage in the event. Any pre-existing injuries, both physical and mental, must be communicated to the organizers before the retreat begins. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by the participants to themselves during the retreat. It is mandatory to have travel sports insurance to participate in our retreat.
2. Booking and Payment Procedure
When you decide to make a reservation, we will send you bank details or a payment link and provisionally reserve your spot for 3 working days. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 250 euros is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you notify us via email of your intention to cancel at least 30 days before the start of the event, you will receive a refund of 200 euros (50 euros will be retained to cover administrative costs), or you can utilize the full amount for a future event within one year. The deposit of 250 euro will not be refunded if you cancel 30 days or less before the start of the event.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID, lockdown, travel bans, or natural disasters preventing your participation, you have the option to reschedule your trip within a maximum period of one year. Should you decide to depart earlier than planned or skip any part of the program, the total price will remain unchanged, and no refunds will be issued for the omitted portion.
4. Ticket exchange and resale policy
The Active-Retreat team allows ticket holders to give or sell their tickets to another person of their choice only with prior notification via email to the Active-Retreat Team.
5. Rescheduling, Event Termination
Active-retreat.me reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate a previously announced or ongoing retreat due to organizational or commercial reasons. If any changes occur, you will be promptly informed, and if you disagree with the new date, payments will be fully refunded. However, please note that privately purchased transportation tickets, such as bus, train, or airplane tickets for arrival and departure, cannot be reimbursed under such circumstances.
