Yes, all activities are included but none of them is mandatory. It is important that you listen to your own body and needs. This retreat is designed to make you feel good and comfortable. In any case, if you skip part of the program or leave before/arrive later, the total cost remains the same.
Please communicate that at the booking time and we will coordinate that with the chef.

By plane: the closest airports are Pisa, Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino.
If you land in Pisa you can take the shuttle “People mover” from the airport to Pisa central station and from there take a train to “Orbetello-Monte Argentario”.
If you land in Fiumicino you can take the train up to Roma Ostiense and then take a train to “Orbetello-Monte Argentario”.
If you land in Ciampino you go to Rome Termini train station by bus or by train from Ciampino town and then take a train to “Orbetello-Monte Argentario”.
By train - the closest train station is “Orbetello-Monte Argentario” at 7 km from the accommodation. You can check the train schedule at https://www.trenitalia.com
From this train station, you can reach the place by bus (https://www.at-bus.it/it/linee-e-orari/grosseto-extraurbano-0o1) or share the ride with other participants.
Or in case of difficulties please contact us 24 hours before and we will organize a pick-up from Orbetello train station.
Please remember that on Italian trains you need to validate the ticket before getting on the train. If the ticket is digital you need to do the check-in via the Trenitalia app.
By car after booking you will get to access a file to ask and offer car rides between participants.

Hiking, swimming, kayaking, cycling, tourism.
No, all the activities are simple and do not require particular requirements to be carried out.
At the booking time we need a booking deposit of 250 euro ,in case of cancellation you are entitled to a refund of 200 euros (50 euros will be withheld for administration and management costs) up to 30 days before the start date of the event. Under 30 days no deposit will be returned.
In case of bad weather the program will be modified with alternative activities compatible with the situation.
Our retreat offers rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people.
There is no minimum age to participate, in the case of participants younger than 18 years, the presence of a responsible adult is required.
